Physio is a very important part of my wellbeing. I often go in unable to move but leave with minimal to no pain. It has also helped prolong the need for life changing surgery.
Matt is the best physio - gets to the sore spots straight away - very knowledgeable, personable & goes above and beyond. He has been my saviour for a long time after disc surgery on my neck and my on-going ‘maintenance’. Highly recommend.
