I first came into Prevent Physical Therapy and Wellness with anxiety. I had suffered from frozen shoulder a year prior and while I was doing the rehab with another physical therapy place, I had an accident at home and tore two tendons. I suffered from a lot of pain during this period of time. In March this year I underwent shoulder rotator cuff surgery. I cannot say enough good things about the “Prevent Physical Therapy” clinic. When I first brought my mom here she was dealing with a severe injury in her hand/wrist due to a fall. The surgeon couldn’t operate on her hand due to her age and told us that her healing will take a long time. So after being in a cast for about a couple of months, she was ready to start her PT.
