This company is exceptional! Preston is awesome and knows his shit! He was very empathetic and patient to my aversion of all things creepy and crawly and made sure to take care of the problem. I was also impressed that Preston stays up to date on products and best forms of termination. Just in simple conversation I could tell that he takes his job seriously. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
We were searching for a local business to spray the swarms of mosquitos in our yard, Prevent Pests had a very reasonable quote for us within the day. They were very easy to communicate with, they came out promptly, Preston, the owner, came to do our service and was so kind and knowledgeable. It was quick and we’ve had AMAZING results, we’re finally able to use our yard again! Can’t wait to have them back next month!
Based on a local Facebook group feedback and referrals, I decided to call on Prevent Pests for some help. Preston was timely, kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. He offered a few options for treatment, and I contracted him on the spot. They apply the investigation fee towards service, so a major bonus. Scheduling was quick and easy online. Nicely done!
Preston is the absolute best!! I know him from previous business which is super great. He is the best guy around to treat anything you need. He’s going to tell you straight and tell you exactly what’s going on. He has been out 3 times in 2 weeks and I cannot thank him enough for that. I will be contacting him for any further issues. Highly recommend using this company if you have any type of pest issues in your home!
Excellent service. Very professional and respectful of property. Came out quickly to solve a hornet infestation that was coming in my lower level. I tried to get rid of them but this was more than I could handle. I was so thankful and impressed by Preston. He explained everything and assured me he took care of the 🐝 🐝 🐝 I plan on using them on a regular basis for pest control . Highly recommend
