Everyone has been so nice and professional. When Evan came to my house, he was respectful and knowledgeable. I haven’t seen a single ant since he’s been here! He will be coming back monthly throughout the summer for maintenance. Oh, and the price was surprisingly reasonable. I would definitely recommend!
Preston was amazing. Him and his partner came out and had the situation handled in less than 20 mins. We’ve been wasp free since. Highly recommend! Very professional and super nice!
They do a great job! I had them get rid of mice two years ago and just recently had a hornet problem removed. Barb, the one who takes your calls is such a nice person. She treats you like a friend and looked for times that would be the soonest to get the problem taken care of. She responded quickly to any questions I had. Preston, treated my house every time. He is a very kind and knowledgeable guy. BTW, he has a beautiful southern accent that just fits with the vibe of their family owned business. I’m so glad I found them.
We had a ground nest in our front yard, called prevent pests and were very happy with the results. The lady on the phone was polite and professional and answered my questions. The technician was prompt, professional, and friendly. He walked us through everything we needed to know and took care of the wasps quickly. Will definitely call again if we have future pest issues.
