Prevent Pests did an excellent job at our new home. Preston was kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. They gave me a timeline of when they would arrive, and also texted updates throughout the day with appropriate arrival time. I would use them again!
Everyone has been so nice and professional. When Evan came to my house, he was respectful and knowledgeable. I haven’t seen a single ant since he’s been here! He will be coming back monthly throughout the summer for maintenance. Oh, and the price was surprisingly reasonable. I would definitely recommend!

They do a great job! I had them get rid of mice two years ago and just recently had a hornet problem removed. Barb, the one who takes your calls is such a nice person. She treats you like a friend and looked for times that would be the soonest to get the problem taken care of. She responded quickly to any questions I had. Preston, treated my house every time. He is a very kind and knowledgeable guy. BTW, he has a beautiful southern accent that just fits with the vibe of their family owned business. I’m so glad I found them.
