From the first call, I knew I was in great hands! Barb listened and was super empathetic. She was able to work with the technicians to get someone out to our home same-day. Preston came out, was super friendly and helpful - very knowledgeable! He was was quick and we already have our pest control underway! We cannot thank Prevent Pests enough for their time, support and understanding. Please use this company for your pest control needs!!!
Prompt, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Preston is great at what he does and will take very good care of you. They will never try to sell you something you don’t need. We’ve had them out twice and I’d never use another pest company. Absolutely recommend Prevent Pests over any of their local to competitors. The difference is immediately obvious.
Preston came out and beat the competitor pricing by a ton! Very kind and knowledgeable. Another company wanted double the price and half of it we didn’t even need. He came out very quick and took care of our issue. Would recommend him to anyone!
