From the first call, I knew I was in great hands! Barb listened and was super empathetic. She was able to work with the technicians to get someone out to our home same-day. Preston came out, was super friendly and helpful - very knowledgeable! He was was quick and we already have our pest control underway! Carpenter bees have been an issue this year. Two places on our property had problems. The areas were treated with good results. A few weeks later and we've had just a little activity near one of the areas treated, and they were right back out to take care of the problem. Owner and technicians have great attitudes, arrive on time, and stand by their work. We're extremely happy with your company and the work done. 🤗
Prompt, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Preston is great at what he does and will take very good care of you. They will never try to sell you something you don’t need. We’ve had them out twice and I’d never use another pest company. Absolutely recommend Prevent Pests over any of their local to competitors. The difference is immediately obvious.
