I cannot say enough great things about Adam and his team! He came to give us an estimate, which was fair since we have a larger, older home and the ducts had never been cleaned. He sent 2 teams so they would not be here all day. They were efficient, friendly, clean during the process, cleaned up anything after, answered questions when I had them. Outstanding work and customer service. This is the second time we have used this company. Once on our personal residence and now on a rental property, and it has made a world of difference in our system and allergies
Parker was efficient, knowledgeable and communicated well prior to site visit as well as onsite. Parker was careful, clean and knew the right equipment to use to make sure there was no mess left behind. Air flow information before and after as well as photos of before and after were extremely helpful and brought confidence to performance and efficiency.
My wife and I are extremely pleased with the HVAC & Duct cleaning service Prevent did at our home.. The techs showed up on time, explained the cleaning process and were very polite and professional, and they did a great job. We will recommend this company to our friends and neighbors.
