I am very disappointed with this organization. They should be closed down and I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO CONTACT THEM because THEY DO NOT HELP YOU!!! I called the hotline to report child neglect for a child very close to me.The phone rep asked me all of these questions about the child and SPOKE DOWN TO ME as if I wasn't doing enough to help the child and she was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!
