They are just excellent here. They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff and they work efficiently when time is of the essence. They are the best urgent care in town! I won’t go anywhere else!
If you visit an urgent care they will bill as an office visit. We have a copay for urgent care and they billed us twice now over double the amount because it is technically "an after hours office visit". The patient accounts representatives are very rude and condescending.
Updated: Still will not acknowledge documented medical conditions. Still refuses medical care over not having a Dr. Note (I can't get one if you don't let me see 1!). ->Disgusting! Medical disability ignored. Mom of 2, home alone, with major foot injury, and denied care.
Have had two experiences here bringing my kids. One needed stitches the other need to be checked for an ear infection. No issues with check-in, friendly receptionist is always helpful. The urgent care staff always made sure be respectful and kind. Thank you
