I really needed to see a doctor as my doctor had retired from another clinic. I called to see how long are urgent Care would take to get in or if I had to make an appointment. I was told I could see one of the doctors that had extra time and get in almost immediately. But, when I got there, and checked in with the receptionist, she told me I needed to pay $100. I was reffered to the GI department for a scope due to stomach pains I have been experiencing for several weeks and they refused to allow me to see a GI without paying a $100 fee I spoke to everyone that would listen and expressed how I needed to be seen and could I get billed later because I did not have the money at this time and need to be seen right away because the pain was becoming more severe and they could not care less one triage nurse told me they could waive the fee for up to 3 visits but when she sent me bck to t... read more
I just moved here from out of state and needed a new family doctor. Both my son's and my husband have been seen here so far and all three were very happy with the care they recived. I will have my first appointment soon. All of the staff and doctors have been very nice and helpful.
I switched to Prevea after my primary care doctor retired. I knew there was no way I could replace him yet with several chronic health conditions I needed to find another provider right away. The physician I have been seeing is competent. The support staff leaves alot to be desired. The lab staff cant even do a draw on me. There is a serious lack of communication between nurses and receptionists that I feel is jepordizing my health.
