Great staff. great care. walk in few minutes, some one greets you. ask one hundred questions. I had 99 answers .
My wife had a broken toe. Most likely not much they could do about it besidessplint and make sure nothingelse was broken. They would not even see her because they stopped checking patients in at 9:40 PM. And we got there at nine forty one. No customer service and rude. They said 1 minute late is not a big issue. But we are not in the system so we can't see you. Go to a real doctor and see Marshfield Clinic in Rice Lake Wi.
I really liked this clinic up until our last vist. We took our son in to have his ears looked at and his cough. The doctor in urgent care said his ears looked great and was not concerned about his cough. The very next morning my husband took him to marshfiled because he had a fever and was digging in his ears. He had a bad ear infection on top of rsv. I called preva to let them no and to see if my bill could be re adjusted. Being he had an ear infection and rsv that they misses.
