I recently visited urgent care for what I thought was an ear infection since I get them a lot. Long story short, the doctor scratched the inside of my ears as he tried to dig wax out of my ears, I even made this well known to no avail. He then asks if I'd like him to continue or flush the wax out, to which I replied, "Whatever you think is safer," to which he replied, "They're both safe." My daughter, who is a junior at Stout went into the urgent care because she was very sick. The school medical center suggested she go there as they couldn’t see her until the next day. So she went in about 3:15 on Thursday Feb. 29th. She was treated very poorly. Turns out she hadn’t brought her insurance info with her. The woman at the front called someone in back and said very loudly into the phone for all to hear “Should I tell her to leave? Great place to go for Urgent Care! Very clean facility and friendly staff. We were called back within 5min of sitting down. The pediatrician we seen was very knowledgeable, thorough and empathetic. Great experience from start to finish! Thank you!!
