We met Dr Counts for first time today as my father had a follow up appointment as he had radiation treatments for cancer that was located on his vocal box. He was so thorough, knowledgeable and friendly and my father had to have the camera put down his throat and the past few have been very unpleasant. Went to see Dr. Counts for a hoarse voice. Not only did he diagnose that but also took the time to clean my ears. Funny, knowledgeable, and all around would highly recommend!
I came in to see Dr. Runyan in January after struggling with tonsil stones for years after a bad case of strep - although there was no sign of them at my appointment he thankfully trusted my judgement to schedule a tonsilectomy that day. The pre op appointment was quick and to the point which was nice. I was never there for more than 20 minutes total.
