Just saw this on Facebook. What kind of owner acts like that with a client? Just give the dang woman her money back and don’t be such a baby. As a business owner you have every right to defend yourself against rude comments however that was not rude in my opinion. You just can’t take any sort of criticism. By the way, you’re going viral for all the wrong reasons on other platforms as well.
After a decade of not going to a salon, I am thrilled with the results of my visit. Hail Ms Elvira for a job well done- I shall return!
I absolutley LOVE Prevailing Salon. I love the atmosphere and how me and my daughters get our hair done at the same time in a timely manner. This place is truly a blessing as a military wife!
I showed up 10 min early to my appointment, i walked into her being 1/3 done with braiding a clients hair. She told me it will be about an hour after my initial appointment was supposed to start until she can start my appointment. Time management needs help at this salon.
I wish I found Elvira sooner! She cut my hair a few weeks ago and shes the best! She’s so nice and really truly cares about you and your hair! I won’t be going anywhere else! She’s very knowledgeable all things makeup hair and beauty! I need to take her with me everywhere 🤣
