I absolutley LOVE Prevailing Salon. I love the atmosphere and how me and my daughters get our hair done at the same time in a timely manner. This place is truly a blessing as a military wife!
I showed up 10 min early to my appointment, i walked into her being 1/3 done with braiding a clients hair. She told me it will be about an hour after my initial appointment was supposed to start until she can start my appointment. Time management needs help at this salon.
I wish I found Elvira sooner! She cut my hair a few weeks ago and shes the best! She’s so nice and really truly cares about you and your hair! I won’t be going anywhere else! She’s very knowledgeable all things makeup hair and beauty! I need to take her with me everywhere 🤣
I'm pleased of the first class service i received when visiting Mrs. Elvira. She is by far one of the most talented individuals I've met. Her knowledg of hair surpasses many other hair salon stylist.
