Marissa was so kind, informative and enthusiastic during my daughter's fitting for her brace. It made the process much less stressful!
My daughter has two compression fractures in her back and they were able to get my daughter in the same day and helped to get her into a brace. They were so kind and patient and I cannot express how thankful I am! Definitely would recommend coming here.

My doctor diagnosed me with a C2 fracture on Wednesday , March 18 and was given a few companies that may have the device I needed. In the end it was Prevail, Prosthetics, And Orthotics (PPO). I would like to thank Joni for going above and beyond to ensure the documentation was faxed over to my doctors office and double checking to see if the Cervical Collar was in stock saving me a 6 to 8 week wait. Thank you Larry for fitting the collar on Friday Mar 21 and all of the other employees there at PPO! Great customer service !
