I started training at Prevail in the fall of 2021, after not training or really doing much working out for about 5 years, especially during Covid. The team or trainers, the space itself and the other clients in the group classes make it enjoyable to work out. Prevail is a game changer. I was struggling with low energy and knew I needed to be more active and was curious about strength training but had no clue where to start. I knew I wasn’t going to figure it out myself and that’s where Prevail came in. I was pretty intimated at first but the Prevail staff made me feel so comfortable and welcome.
