Today meet with manager kristi Anderson at prevail bank ,when I enter the door all team welcome me and have a polite and good communication also ,specially Kristi very helpful and have a great service it's a second time opening account, I like all team baraboo Wisconsin prevail bank ..I feel every thing was very easy ..
I've worked with Kristi since 2018. She was instrumental in getting me back on my financial feet after a very tough time in my life. More recently I have worked with David. He's not as helpful. He's avoidant and says he will call you back but doesn't. He's almost always "at lunch" when I call. I leave a message but he rarely calls back. This has happened on multiple occasions. I have accounts at WCCU as well and I may just move everything over after my last interaction with David.
