Prevail bank is one of the most difficult institutions to ever deal with. They love to take your money, but make it very difficult in every way to be able to withdraw money, deal with insurance claims. Highly recommend to choose another bank.

I have been Power of Attorney for my elderly mother, who's personal and trust accounts are at Prevail Bank in Wausau.
