I'm sure there are some good staff members there but besides a restraining order, group classes or counseling (which I already have 2 of a restraining order and counseling) there's nothing else they can do for me in regards to case management because I'm not homeless or facing homelessness. If a DV victim has a place and is trying to move, they should be able to assist with that and not deny those victims assistance with moving because they aren't homeless or facing homelessness. TAY Specialist/Caseworker Manager Mia is is an excellent, helpful caseworker who is very interested in helping whoever she can. Her and Lexi are extremely helpful and passionate about helping others and it shows in their actions.

As a client and someone who actually uses the services Prevail has. Initially I had a negative attitude towards the organization, but they are doing the best with the support via funding they actually have. I may not agree with everyone that works there, but some of the staff do genuinely care about the people they work with. That's something I can't say for other organizations.
