I arrived at 6:15 am the morning of my procedure only to wait outside a closed lobby u until 6:50. Nobody bothered to call me the day before to inform me the lobby would be closed. After the receptionist arrived and left the door closed. The lady at the front desk told was very unprofessional, unfriendly, and disorganized . I drove pretty far woke up extra early to be on time for this. Luckily they had the attempted courtesy to let me know not to arrive at 5:30 am! Imagine

I arrived at 6am the morning of my procedure only to find out that it was canceled. Nobody bothered to call me the day before to inform me that the procedure wasn’t approved. The lady at the front desk told me that someone was supposed to call me but obviously that didn’t happen. Very unprofessional and disorganized on their part. I took a day off work and inconvenienced my ride for nothing.

I chose Imperial Surgery Center for my procedure. Everyone was awesome from start to finish! They were professional, efficient, and supportive. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will definitely go to the same center if needed in the future.

They asked me to arrive at 11:15am. Arrived at 11:03, checked in and sat down. The lobby was very full. Waited an hour without anyone addressing our arrival. Asked the front desk staff about how long it may be since we had been waiting an hour. Was told “11:15 was your check in time, not appointment time. I have no way of knowing how long you will be here. It could be an hour or two more.” After waiting an hour and a half, they called us for paperwork.
