Do not sign up for membership. Money was taken from my CC after I suspended membership. They will charge $200 to cx membership, AND charge for any discounts you received for signing up for membership. Also, putting myself out here with picture, but other patients should be aware of the PRF scam. This is what Michelle's recommendation of 3 PRF’s and over $3k in UE treatment looks like.
