I ordered a large pretzel box through door dash I called the store personally the first time asked for a side of pretzel salt no problem I called the store a second time spoke with a young lady named MYA asked her to make my nuggets fresh because it was close to 7pm and I didn't want to get hard nuggets she said no problem.
