I asked for the mozzarella bites and he told me that they were done for the day so I told them I called and they said they had them ready and then magically they had them ran by all the kids. I do not want to work wish they would be better here.
Always a pleasant visit, employees are very welcoming, and provide amazing pretzels!
Great customer service, and great food. Employee's are very nice, and greet you as you walk up. Overall, great place to get pretzels from!
Pretzels are absolutely wonderful!!! Best i’ve ever had in my entire life, I think this is my new favorite spot in the mall. The pretzels were super fluffy and fresh, salted perfectly. As for the service, I’ve never felt more at home while speaking to an employee. I was warmly welcomed and guided through my experience. The employees themselves were very charismatic and friendly. My pretzels were out before I even finished ordering, service is very convenient and quick, all the while maintaining great quality pretzels.
