I love pretzelmaker itself. But the one here in the Pueblo Mall is atrocious. The staff is dreadful, like they are just miserable to be alive, they don’t speak to their customers, they just hand them their order and walk away to the next person. Horrible service. And the manager is no better, she has favorites. I work for the mall and she will purposely give my coworker stuff, but if I ask for a water they can’t even fill it up all the way. I work hard too. Used to love this place but now pretzels are hard and cheese dip is dead quality and cold
