Bought 3 large pretzel bites and all of us got sick
Waited 30 minutes for 16 mini dogs. The guy making pretzels was too busy watching TV on his phone to be moving to match the pace of customers. And every customer that came after me in those 30 minutes was quoted a 10 to 20 minute wait and left within 5. This was absolutely unacceptable. Will not be returning for a while
Tilly is the only reason I keep coming back. She is old school customer service. She keeps things in order and knows how to be genuine. That helps her team know true customer service. Making it a great place for a snack. Thank you Tilly!
The workers are great! Definitely stop by every time we're at the mall. My favorite is the original pretzel or the stuffed bites. I definitely recommend it.
