At 12 on a Sunday I stopped by and the crew said it would be about 10 minutes until they are ready After I went and got smoothies I came back about ten minutes later. And they stated we don't have any food just drinks. Food will have a longer wait. I said no thanks and as I was walking away employees were smirking at me. Complete turn off to this place. Stay away!!
I love pretzelmaker itself. But the one here in the Pueblo Mall is atrocious. The staff is dreadful, like they are just miserable to be alive, they don’t speak to their customers, they just hand them their order and walk away to the next person. Horrible service. And the manager is no better, she has favorites. I work for the mall and she will purposely give my coworker stuff, but if I ask for a water they can’t even fill it up all the way. I work hard too.
