I placed my order online thinking it would save time, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. When I arrived at the store, I waited while several walk-in customers came and went with their orders. After a long wait, I asked about my order and was told it hadn’t printed, so they hadn’t even started preparing it. I was then asked to wait another 15 minutes. In total, I waited nearly an hour for my order. No apology, no compensation, just “sorry, you have to wait for another 15 minutes or so.” Really disappointing experience. ... read more
I stopped today at the peak of lunch rush and got excellent service and the food was fresh and delicious. Marylou and Katie waited on me and although they were very busy, were friendly and fast!

I tried changing my order right after I paid for it and was told I can't cancel right at the facility. So I got charged extra for what I ordered and the employee saying oh I don't want to charge you extra, he definitely did, 17 dollars for a 16 pieces and a drink. Plus the hotdog pretzels were tiny and super greasy. I don't recommend this place.
