Brought my 8 year old son to the mall to see Santa. Has always been a tradition to grab some pretzel dogs afterwards. Everything was going well until the cashier Skip decided to ask my son (he has a birthmark on his face) if he got hit by a snowball. I told him NO. He said well something hit him, look at his face! That is when another Auntie Anne's staff member began laughing out loudly at my son. I don't go to the mall often but when I do I love a FRESH SOFT PRETZEL. So tonight after doing some shopping I decided to get one. I asked if it was fresh ~ and of course I got the typical answer yes ! TRUST ME IT WASNT ~ HARD AS A ROCK ~ VERY DISAPPOINTING ~ WONT BE RETURNING ANY TIME SOON ~ SHOULD OF WENT TO THE OTHER PRETZEL PLACE !
This place is a joke i work in the mall and have gone there before work and on break and pretty much every time i get there with plenty of time to spare and every time at least 6 people working and it still takes 15 minutes to make a smoothie, making me late for work multiple times, the employees are a joke! And rude! Please avoid this cockroach infested place
