Great experience. Everybody was so nice and the process went very smoothly start to finish.
My best friend referred me to this particular orthodontist and I have to say the customer care was extraordinary. Dr.Prettyman came in and did not waste any time. He explained the process in very professional way which gave me a comforting feeling. Afterward, I spoke with his financial consultant, Lisa who was very down to earth and humorously engaging, Again, extremely professional and will work with you if you are having financial anxiety. If you’re in the market for a new smile, then look no further.
Dr. Pretty man is absolutely amazingthe service provided was top tier and if you are in the market for a radiant smile look no further. He will take your smile to a 10 and beyond. Thank you for your amazing work

When people ask me where my kids (yes, TWO) had their orthodontics care, I always suggest Dr. Prettyman. He is hands down the best and we looked at several before we landed in his office. His care began with my daughter. He was very honest and straight forward. He let us know that she did not NEED braces yet and doing them this early could require a second set once all baby teeth were lost.
