We had an appointment today with Dr. Prettyman, and it was truly an exceptional experience. I came in feeling incredibly anxious. My teenage son still had a baby molar that hadn’t fallen out, and underneath it, a permanent tooth was growing in at an unusual angle. We had previously seen two other doctors, both of whom strongly recommended extracting the permanent tooth, saying it was growing incorrectly and could not be saved. My experience with Prettyman Orthodontics was a good experience. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The location is comfortable. I only had my braces for a 1 year and a half, but the employees made sure that everything was okay every-time. If there were problems I could call and they would set me up with an appointment immediately. I would come in and get whatever need to be fixed.

I had my braces there for 2 years and I always got treated correctly by this company. After I got my brace off my teeth felt great and very polished after wards even after I was having doubts if weather my teeth were stained, no staining at all! And I got a cute retainer case colo!
