What a great experience! From picking out what my daughter wanted, to the customer service, to the rush delivery, and to the setup! The entire experience was wonderful and the outcome was gorgeous!! Highly recommend.
I absolutely enjoyed working with Pretty your Party the young lady that handled my balloons for a wonderful friend did absolutely a wonderful job. She made suggestions which I loved and she was so kind. During the process she called me several times sent pictures to make sure I was satisfied. She send me a picture even after she delivered . Ladies and gentlemen, that’s what she called. Customer service and great people to work with.
I needed about 50 balloons at the last minute. A quick google search and I found this gem of a place. I was not sure about some of the balloon colors. So on the car ride from Florida to North Carolina, I reached out thru the stores text link. The owner was super awesome. She responded quickly mentined what I already had in my basket. I told her what I was trying to do. She told me no problem you just put the number of balloons you need in the basket and she would work her magic.
