Pretty valley what a stay!! Best experience I’ve had on the slopes in 16 years of coming to the snow. First time at pretty valley and extremely impressed the service is second to none the food was amazing ski hire was perfect and accomodation was perfect on the slopes and Nathan was the best nothing was a problem at all he went above and beyond to make sure nothing was a problem such a good fella and did what ever he could to make sure our trip was the best as it could be. Second year in a row staying at Pretty Valley. The best on snow accomodation I’ve ever experienced. The accomodation is very comfortable - warm, comfy beds and renovated bathrooms. The food is INCREDIBLE. The service is some of the best I’ve ever experienced, especially Nathan. He absolutely made our stay here. His enthusiasm, professionalism and attention to detail amazed me.
