I chose this florist shop because of the advertisement that if you order before 12noon, you can get same day delivery. The other reason is because the Richmond location is just a block away from the delivery address. The floral bouquet I ordered was for a girlfriend's birthday. I placed my order at 1030am. At 4pm I received a call from the shop to ask if I wanted same day delivery. I said yes of course! and was told it wouldnt be ready until the next day. They delivered a beautifully fresh, colourful bouquet within 6 hours of placing my order! They even hand-wrote my message making it that much more personal. My aunt was so excited she had to send me a photo. Thanks for making the day special and for making it so quick and easy!
