I have sent two people to them after I liked my service. Both times they tried to get over on them. The first was my little sister. She paid the deposit but was charged an extra $20 after the service for no reason. She only gave it back after I called to ask her why she charged her extra. The second time they did my cousin hair and she charged her extra for the hair. On the site it says nothing about being charged extra for the hair.its suppose to be included. Eve is the best trust me, she always has a spot for me when I need it she's gentle and thorough and very nice and respectful I'm glad I met her

I'm so happy I found Eve the owner of Pretty Star Hair Braiding. I enjoy getting my crochet braids done over and over again. It never takes too long, just about an hour and that is what I love. I've been to the Antioch and Walnut Creek salons over the years. I am very pleased with the attention I receive on my hair by Eve or one of her other staff braiders.
