It was horrible. They ended up charging me a cancellation fee and never even let me know ahead of time don’t go to this place unless you want your money stolen from you I tried to cancel 24 hours ahead of time like they said and they still take your money

Literally everything about my experience was perfect. The decor made me feel very relaxed before my wax and Bella was right on time. She explained everything she was doing and laughed and joked with me, which made for a perfect comforting environment. They gave me a ginger ale and an aftercare kit and I was able to rebook right away.

Just got done with my appointment with Lily. She is so awesome, relatable, and gentle. It’s been a while since I’ve been waxed so I was nervous. However, it was not bad at all. She was gentle and it was an easy experience. I’ve been to many waxing salons all over VA and it is the only place I trust. I got a Brazilian and my brows done. I feel so good about myself and feel pretty again. Thank you!!

Best waxing studio I’ve ever been to. The owner, Averi, has built an amazing business and team. I actually look forward to my waxing experiences because she has created such a wonderful atmosphere. Love supporting this business and will never go anywhere else.
