I ordered tape in’s online, paid for shipping almost a month went by without any communication. I live in another state, so I sent someone on my behalf that reside in Ohio. They gave her the wrong length and texture. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Owner called me 2 weeks later, didn’t attempt to amend or correct the situation.
