RecommendedMy Zora looks amazing. I loved that my girl was walking around (uncrated) when I picked her up. I love that Zora's spirit is calm afterwards. My fur babies will let me know if things aren't right.
This is the most uneven cut I’ve ever seen. They didn’t follow my instructions and cut chunks of her fur out for no reason at all. They told me she’d be ready at 2 and was ready at 12 and said I had an hour to get her or I’d be charged extra. I’m very disappointed with the cut Dolly received today. It’s also clear they didn’t brush her out because she is shedding all over the place. The staff explained that a new razor was used and the groomer didn’t know how to use it properly. We took our cranky 17 year old long haired cat to be groomed here and she had quite a few bad mats due to late grooming and old age and they were so patient with her and did amazing. I wish we had taken her here sooner. Everyone is so nice. Thank you for taking such good care of our cranky old Cleo.

Pretty pets is the best my dogs always come back just like I want them the staff there is wonderful my dogs get excited when they see them which lets me know they treat them well is a good price I love it
my pup had the best experience with Shelly! He is a crazy guy and I didn't expect him to do well on his first grooming & I'm sure she had a tough time with him, but she was patient with him the entire way! We had to split our visit into two different days so he could adjust and he came out looking so much better than before. This is a very nice place with an awesome team!
