We love this place. There are never any surprises with fee’s and if something more needs to be done, they text and let you know. They also keep you apprised of how your fur baby is doing. We have 6 dogs, and so far the first two that have been groomed here came out amazing. The groomers respected that one was still a puppy ( Alaskan Malamute puppy, so basically a big puppy) and treated her well and with understanding she is new to grooming. I called this place yesterday to get a quote. Spoke with a nice woman whom said shortly somebody would be giving me a call to schedule the appointments and get me a quote. No one called me back and today came and went with no call and they are closed until Friday. I will be looking else where, really wish they had the follow thru. After the owner left a response I feel obligated to respond since I am a business owner as well in this small town... your most basic form of success as a business owner is answering the phone. They were very accommodating and welcoming for our first time visiting. I appreciated the many updates and pictures they sent during the grooming. When I took him in he was shedding everywhere- He was silky smooth when we left. Thanks for treating us so well!
