Worst customer service. They do not answer their phones. Don’t bother with this rude business. I wouldn’t trust them with my dog if this is how they treat people.
Awesome, I love Pat & Angie!!! They groomed our girl Ginger & now our Boy Chance! I just stay & look around Pilot Mtn & eat lunch and they call when they are finished. They cut him just like I ask! Their shop is super clean!!!
RecommendedThey not only cut my Bandit s fur but they love him like he was their own pet,,I was carry him one place and he would pull back and cry now he runs to get in the door to them, that tells me he's loved and -Pat and Angie are so friendly.

Pretty Paws! My "babies" love to visit their friends at Pretty Paws! My babes are always calm, clean, sweet smelling and expertly groomed when we return to pick them up for their trip home. They love their seasonal bandanas and strut around like show dogs for days after their appointments. Pat and Angie are the best. Their business is run very professionally. Mrs. Pat and her daughter are so wonderful, caring, down to earth people. Today was my first time meeting them, they were so very friendly and welcoming. I dropped my yorkie pickles off at 9 am and couldn’t get back to pick him up until almost 6 in the evening, Pat totally understood and let him say after hours for my convince. This is the best hair cut pickles has ever had, she went above and beyond to make sure he looks his best.
