I had an appointment for the ultimate hydradermabrasion infusion facial and had a wonderful experience with Ashley! It was my first time getting one and she made the space welcoming to all questions and told me step by step what everything was. It was very relaxing overall. She also answered some questions I had about skincare post appointment. Def rec to book!

This is my second time booking here, and I couldn't be happier! The esthetician is incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. Every time I leave, I feel amazing—my skin is super smooth, glowing, and I'm always so relaxed. The results last for days, and I can't wait to keep coming back! Highly recommend! ♥️

Booked me at 3:15 PM for a 5:30 PM. I received a text message right away ensuring the appointment. Spent $10 on a Lyft to get there early because it was dumping rain and I wanted to allow enough time, because I'm a considerate person. At 5 PM I get a TEXT cancelling my appointment. No call. When I call, I'm told there's no one to do the service. Ask why I received the text in the first place and I'm told, "Oh, that's just an automated thing." I visited the Pretty Palace for a nanochanelling facial through ClassPass. It was fantastic! Ashley was really attentive to the problem spots on my face (specifically my chin). She took her time, and the experience was SO restful. I'll be back!
