Amazing experience. Ashley did a wonderful facial and was very knowledgeable. She gave some great skincare product recommendations and tips. Absolutely will recommend to friends and book with her again.

Very thorough facial and the space has is very cute and well set up. I booked the first time through class pass but will become a regular as I really enjoy the services provided and see an improvement in my skin.
First time at Pretty Palace and I loved my hydradermabrasion facial! Ashleys place is in the DOCO area across the street from Darling aviary, and the instructions were very clear! Ashley was very fun and easy to talk to but also gives you time to be quiet and relax. Her office was clean, pretty and personable. She explained each step of her process and later even went out of her way to text me her recommended products! My skin was buttery soft and glowing afterwards. Would definitely come back again!
I absolutely LOVED the space, it’s so beautiful. I felt like royalty. The facial I had was so relaxing, the bed was comfy, the lighting was great, the music was nice. I got so relaxed. My face is glowing!
