Z is unprofessional she move to a new location without informing customers that the price increased with out informing customers who already put deposits down then when I questioned her about the lack of communication she started yelling and refused a refund after pushing my appointment back twice very unprofessional and when I went to dispute charges for services not rendered I found out I was charged twice for a deposit .
10 outta 10!!! This by far was my best experience with waxing! She’s kind, gentle and talks you through the process! I will be coming back!
