I was not going to post a review because the staff was great the 2 times I went there, but my recent experience with bio gel removal has left me upset at the state of my nails. This was the first time in years that I’ve gotten my nails done and after doing some research, I found that it’s not normal for nails to be super thin, sensitive, splitting, and have little red vertical streaks at the tip of the finger, under the nail. I recently started going to Helen because I wanted a salon closer to home, and after seeing her Instagram page, I was blown away. Her work, her style—everything was exactly what I love.
