I made an appointment as I have to drive in from out of town. When I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time they told me I would have to wait for an hour or more as they were too busy with walk-ins. Really defeats the purpose of making an appointment if when you get there it is first come first served. I won't be going here again.

I attempted to call and book an appointment. The lady said they were “busy right now” and hung up. Never even gave me the chance to book for later. Very rude. Very abrupt. Won’t ever come here again.

Disappointed after my first visit:( The lady didn’t wanted to cut the excess cuticles, after asking she started yelling that she will charge extra, while other salons include cutting cuticles. My nail shapes look awful, uneven and patchy. She even filed my nails after painting and the side nail polish came off😢 She charged the full prize for a messy job. Never going back.

I have been going to Pretty Nails for 8 years now and I have never had an issue - I walk in whenever I want and can usually get in pretty quickly. If I do have a nail fall off or chip its an easy fix no charge.
