I've been going to Pretty Nails for YEARS and I used to love the service. Since moving to their new location, I've had 2 terrible experiences and I won't be back. July 2024 I went for a birthday pedicure, I wanted a deluxe pedi with gel. The guy giving the pedicure was so preoccupied I basically soaked and got gel. I was still expected to pay full price. Do not recommend if you respect your time! Called ahead of time and made an appointment, arrived 5 minutes before schedule appointment time, checked in and confirmed appointment. Standard pick your color, have a seat, they are almost done, they will be right with me. After being told 3 time they are just finishing up and waiting 15 minutes, they are clearly no where near being able to start my appointment. Had one other pedicure in my life. They are funny, kind and very welcoming. As a guy, I never do this unless forced by my better part. Mostly because my feet look like dumb and dumber scene….. These guys are great. Highly recommend!
