My experience at Pretty Nail was unfortunately quite disappointing. I visited yesterday (5/29) for a manicure and pedicure, and right from the start, the manager seemed more focused on upselling additional services rather than ensuring a quality experience. While the receptionist and technician were friendly, the overall service felt rushed and lacked attention to detail. I went in for a gel manicure and left completely satisfied. I shall be back and with longer nails for my nail technician. (:
