Ann did my nails and she was lovely , they took me in last minute and she continued to do a professional job even though they were closing . She did not rush and made sure I was happy !!! Thank you see you again
Pretty disappointed in this place. I have been coming here since I moved to Stoney creek 3 years ago. This is the second time I have made an appt in advance and they screw me over. First time they double booked my girl and made me go with a new person who cut me. This time they tried to say they called me and cancelled (I have phone proof they did no such thing) and told me I would have to come back another day or go with a new person again. I am very upset and disappointed and they have lost a very loyal customer.

I had my appointment today. I booked for Biogel and was given acrylic. My nail tech was Lisa. She was nice but didn’t get my colours right and gave me crooked designs
I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon today. I came in for a full acrylic set, my cousin came in for a removal and new set. We left feeling not only unsatisfied, but also mistreated by the staff. First, the technician cut the nails far too short without asking, and the set I received was completely uneven the nails on my right hand were noticeably shorter than my left, they were clumpy, and there was glue and polish all over my fingers.
