I had a wonderful experience at this salon. The staff were friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure I was happy with my nails. My technician even painted one nail in a pale baby pink so I could compare colors before making my final decision, which I really appreciated. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. I had a disappointing experience at Pretty Nails. I asked if my nails could be shaped a little rounder, which I felt was a reasonable request considering I was paying for the service. Instead of helping, I was met with an attitude and was told I was being “picky.” As a customer, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to want my nails shaped the way I like them. I have done pedicure there recently but it was really bad experience. My feet nails is still hurting I don’t know why . It never felt that pain. Honestly not worth it. Had a very bad experience sorry to say this
