I came in to get my eyebrows threaded & the lady was rude when I sat down she said asked me to stop moving very rudely, I wasn’t moving I was talking on the phone it was on speaker on my chest she then proceeded to say she’s not doing my eyebrows because I’m moving when I wasn’t moving & when she asked me to stop moving I said ok and stopped talking. She always has a attitude and is very rude I will not be coming back.

The mother is always sweet, her daughter on the other hand is very rude. I have been a faithful customer for years ever since they were in the mall. I haven't been back in 2 months or so due to the daughter's nasty attitude.

I have had good experiences with the eyebrow threading services at Pretty Me Up. The technicians I’ve worked with have always been sweet, friendly, and do a great job. However, the biggest issue I’ve experienced is their hours and opening time. Their website and Google listing say they open at 10:00 AM, but I have come multiple times right at opening time and no one has been there. I paid $15 for eyebrow threading- which is a fair price. I like the outcome & we were in and out. My only issue is she didn’t listen or hear me out at all. Much attitude to be improved, tone was rude and left me uneasy about coming back. She knew it was my first threading experience as well.
