I love Seema & how she does my brows. I been coming to her for years she does amazing, however I'm coming from Racine & there’s been a handful of times where the business isn’t open when it says they’re open. I even waited 30min a few times and as i’ve pulled off I see the daughter pulling in. I prefer Seema . The daughter has horrible customer service & is rude . I came in to get my eyebrows threaded & the lady was rude when I sat down she said asked me to stop moving very rudely, I wasn’t moving I was talking on the phone it was on speaker on my chest she then proceeded to say she’s not doing my eyebrows because I’m moving when I wasn’t moving & when she asked me to stop moving I said ok and stopped talking. She always has a attitude and is very rude I will not be coming back.
The mother is always sweet, her daughter on the other hand is very rude. I have been a faithful customer for years ever since they were in the mall. I haven't been back in 2 months or so due to the daughter's nasty attitude.
I have had good experiences with the eyebrow threading services at Pretty Me Up. The technicians I’ve worked with have always been sweet, friendly, and do a great job. However, the biggest issue I’ve experienced is their hours and opening time. Their website and Google listing say they open at 10:00 AM, but I have come multiple times right at opening time and no one has been there.
