Tried going to Jessica twice with bad results both times. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me I guess. Not only did she blow me off after my first visit, she rushed my highlights this time leaving them yellow. When I asked her to fix it, she agreed to the following day but then proceeded to blow me off with no response when I tried reaching out. (Still no word 5 days later). Krista is so talented! I called her last-minute to see if she could correct a less-than ideal haircut I received at a different salon. She was very responsive and squeezed me in! I appreciate how understanding and attentive she is. She was able to transform my hair and bring back my confidence again. Krista is a stunning stylist!
Haircut for my granddaughter was an outstanding experience! Krista's shop is clean, fresh and attractive, and she immediately makes you feel at ease. She reviewed photo examples of styles my granddaughter liked, and we discussed what my granddaughter was looking for in terms of care and maintenance.
