If you have thin or asymmetrical brows, you need to come here! I had the eyebrow mapping, shaping, tint, and lamination, and the difference is night and day. My brows look incredibly full, and the missing tail ends are completely fixed. They look so shapely. I LOVE THEM! On top of that, the home studio environment is so comfortable, and the welcoming vibe and customer service are top-notch. 10/10! Thank you so much, Nina!
I was very disappointed with the way I was spoken to. The attitude felt extremely rude and unprofessional. Even if someone is working from home, they should still communicate with clients politely and respectfully. I felt like I was being spoken to as if I were calling a police station rather than speaking with a salon representative. Good customer service and respectful communication should be expected in any professional setting.
ABSOLUTELY LOOOOVED everything about this experience...I got classic lashes and eyebrow shape, wax and tint. I have had lashes done before by other so called reputable companies and they were horrible...Nina is my go to for life!!! Clean setting as well.
I got a lash lift done today and I’m honestly so happy with the results! My lashes look super curly and lifted, exactly what I wanted. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. She’s also very sweet, which made the whole experience even better. She made the whole process comfortable and smooth. I would definitely recommend her, and I’ll for sure be coming back!
Nina was amazing! Highly recommend! Very kind individual and great at her craft ! This was my first time going and I will certainly be returning!
