I go to this store more often than not because they have the best selection out there by far they are always helpful and know the hairs and won't del you just to sell you. I like the fact that they are honest and will be helpful. It does get busy there because the prices are so low I went to another store in WR and it was lamppost double the price of this beauty supply store It is also way way bigger. It really don't deserve a star I have been in this store on several occasions because it's in my area. But when I say poor customer service. You ask for hair behind the counters the sale clerk won't even help they on there phones and literally walk pass you when you're standing there. I guess because in that store who basically sale hair products to black people. Really don't matter....
