The customer service at this salon is absolutely appalling. My mother and I came in for lashes, and I knew exactly what I wanted because I’ve been here twice before. Both times, I paid $45 plus tip for a short, natural look. This time, we agreed on the same style and price before they started. But after finishing our lashes, they suddenly claimed the price was $100. Great spot! Always hesitant when finding a new eyebrow spot but the tech that worked on me was great. She listened and considered my reference photo. Would highly recommend.
