I took my dress in to this cleaner on june 6th 2012 to have it cleaned pressed and preserved and did not get it back till Aug 13 pretty darn quick? I think not. The owner had every excuse in the book of why it was taking so long and none of them made sense. He told me there was a spot on my dress they were having difficulty with.
