This was my first time at Pretty Browz and Spa on Friday 3/21/25 in Oak Park. I love my brows and lip wax, which was $22. Jumana provided my service. I'm a little bit red, but that's normal. I'll see how it looks tomorrow. They are very quick! The wait time was quick also. I think I waited 2 min. Jumana said they don't use tweezers. I have naturally thick brows and like a nice clean higher arch. She advised me that she would have to do a bit of threading on one of my eyebrows because they don't use tweezers.
